1 General Terms & Conditions

Fbaee (https://fbaee.ws) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between fbaee and its users, and have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

By using the fbaee platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the fbaee platform.

Fbaee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

To open an account with fbaee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may open a maximum of one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Fbaee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals. Required documents include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of mobile banking account.
• Proof of address may be required.

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. All documents submitted for verification are kept fully secure.

3 Deposits & Payments

Fbaee currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposited funds are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking account.
• Depositing through another person's account may result in payment cancellation and account suspension.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Fbaee is committed to processing winnings promptly. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals will be processed to the registered mobile banking number only.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• No service charge applies to withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Fbaee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the respective offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is valid once per person/household/IP address/device.
• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements vary by bonus. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 to 30 times. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from your balance.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply to all betting activity on fbaee — including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before a match begins will not be counted as live betting.
• Bets may be voided if abnormal odds are generated due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with fbaee's policy.
• Sport-specific rules apply to all Sports Betting.
• Fbaee's bet settlement decisions are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbaee. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information to obtain bonuses.
• Placing automated bets using betting systems or software.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using fbaee for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to upload viruses or malicious code to the fbaee platform.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

Fbaee is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment and should never come at the cost of your financial or mental well-being.

Self-Exclusion Tools

• Daily Limit: Set a daily betting limit.
• Weekly Limit: Set a weekly spending limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.

9 Account Closure

Fbaee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.

• Proven rule violations may result in account closure without prior notice.
• Any valid balance will be returned before account closure (except in cases of rule violations).
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10 Changes & Updates

Fbaee may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
